Since 1985, CMOMM has been dedicated to helping patients address the root causes of their health concerns. Our physicians provide skilled, hands-on osteopathic care to treat a wide range of conditions, with the goal of restoring balance and improving quality of life. We welcome you to schedule an appointment and take the first step toward better health.
CMOMM was founded by Dr. Kary in 1985 and carried forward by Dr. Raymond Stone from 2014 until his retirement in 2024. Today, Dr. Poulin is honored to continue this tradition of compassionate and dedicated care for the central Maine community.
Dr. Poulin was born in Michigan and moved to central Maine in 2020 to begin her career in medicine. She now resides in Winthrop with her husband—a proud Mainer, veteran, and former Olympic strength and conditioning coach—and their two young boys. Together, they are grateful to be raising their family in Maine. Outside of her practice, Dr. Poulin enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors through hiking and swimming, and cheering on her sons at their sporting events.
